Want-to-Buy: Cisco Authorized Reseller Needed

I have a client that is looking for “new” Cisco hardware that I need to partner with. Below is the requirement.
 
Vendor MUST be a Cisco Authorized Reseller in good standing with Cisco.
Equipment MUST be brand new genuine Cisco equipment.
Equipment MUST be exactly as specified, no substitutions will be accepted.
Bid response must include a letter from Cisco stating that your firm is an authorized reseller in good status. All bids without this letter will be disqualified.
 
If you can meet the above criteria, please reply and I’ll forward the hardware request.
