About the Tradeloop Ethics Process The Tradeloop Ethics Process is a free complaint board for the entire industry, run by a volunteer committee of industry experts. Disputes can be filed against anyone; most complaints are not against Tradeloop Members.   When a complaint is filed, the Ethics Committee reviews the complaint, asks questions, attempts to mediate, discusses privately, and then votes. Sanctions ranging from a private warning to public banishment can be issued. This is a free service run for the industry.  If you've been ripped off, file a complaint!   To identify potential risk factors before you complete a transaction, check our Ethics database!

Hardware manufacturers are using dirty legal tricks to kill the used market.  They don’t want to have to compete.   So they’re suing companies who resell hardware using laws which were intended for software.  The DRTR is a coalition of dealers, recyclers, and refurbishers created to protect our interests by fighting back.  Please join Tradeloop in supporting the DRTR

New companies marked with bad debt to Tradeloop are posted here each month. Tradeloop tries to collect the funds for six months. If the customer disputes the amount or requests to cancel we typically forgive the amount owed. The companies that end up here either promised payment or stopped responding. They typically owe between $50 and $159.. We publish the list because if company can't pay a small bill and doesn't respond to basic collection requests the community needs to be warned.
