Wire transfer in advance is available for annual payment only.

No, we are paperless and do not accept checks. We do however accept wire or credit card payments.

The Membership renewal occurs every 30 days, and occurs on the date of the month you first took up a paying Membership.

Annual paying members receive a discount.

When you are logged into Tradeloop, under My Account, click “Billing,” and you will see wire transfer instructions. When wiring money, be sure to include any processing fees and instruct your bank to not deduct their wire fees from your payment, otherwise you may experience a delay in payment processing.

Wire payments typically take 7 days to process. To speed this up, email customer support a copy of your wire transfer confirmation from your bank.

You can cancel at any time and your membership will terminate at the end of your current subscription and not renew. There are no refunds for payments already processed, except during the first month.

You can cancel any plan at any time. All cancellations take effect at the next renewal period, except during the first month.
