At the beginning, we concentrated on interface modifications for proprietary computer systems, and soon thereafter began servicing backup drives. Our product range spans from the latest LTO and DLT drives to ancient ½” open reel tape drives. Whenever your faulty device is out of (manufacturer) warranty, Top Ten is the right partner for you. If your drive is still under your manufacturer’s warranty, please send it to their service department, as we only do repairs with costs. Being a depot repair service, all devices are refurbished on our business premises, therefore all drives have to be sent to us. Ensuring that our specialists can conduct their error analysis, error recovery and testing under ideal conditions.
