The minor concern of used computer buyers is how can the quality of an used product to be assured. The major supplier of used computers are from North America, Oceania, Europe and Japan. The best quality will be consumed locally leaving only the second rated products to go to Asia and the the Middle East. Whenever an Asian buyer is buying a "grade A" item he is actually buying others grade C or D.
Without a proper knowledge of the market, a buyer will end up wasting their time in the swirl of getting new supplier and geting workable quality.
