Majestic International Electronic Technologies, Inc (MET International) was incorporated in 1994 in Dallas, Texas. Our business in the 1990’s revolved around purchasing mainframes and other IT hardware from closure auctions. We have since grown into one of the largest depots for used servers and workstations in the world.
We work with many major OEMs, leasing companies, and asset recovery specialists around the globe. Many times, we are the partner of choice when logistics companies need to perform a large take-out.
MET holds a portfolio of several smaller retail companies that focus on retailing servers, workstations, and spare parts to small and mid-sized businesses.
In 2016, at the request of a few larger clients, we began offering asset recovery services and reserve supply chain logistics. Our clients noticed that their existing end-of-life partners were mostly sales brokers, and they found that selling directly to a retailer like us increased their returns by 15-20%.
Over the last few years, we have helped our customers recover the most value for their end-of-life IT assets, while providing logistical support that is in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Since 2001, we operate out of a 40,000 square foot warehouse in Carrollton, Texas (part of the Dallas metroplex). We started as a small two-person operation in 1989 and over time, we have grown into a global brand for used servers. We pride ourselves in our ability to dedicate attention to both small businesses and large enterprises. |
