In 2010 we founded Network Store to focus on the growing demand from our customers for Cisco Systems products and services.
We have applied the same formula for success from VertiCall and Summatis to the Cisco product line and it has become our fastest growing product line. At the start of 2011, our strategic focus on new product distribution led to the acquisition of the assets of Opus Datacom and the founding of NTSDirect. Focused on the needs of our brokers and SME dealers, NTSDirect supplies new technology from OEM Partners including Avaya, Samsung and others.

Parallel Technology was founded in 1998 and has built its core business structure around a 24-hour delivery policy. Combined with an extensive inventory for sale or rent, we have hundreds of relationships with suppliers enabling us to provide virtually any solution within 24-hours. We have parts as well as systems available as unused, refurbished and new. In most cases Parallel can offer you the advantage of lower prices because we are not a VAR or authorized reseller for many of our products. As an example because we are not a Sun VAR bound by Sun's list price we are able to offer discounts far in excess of the normal VAR channel. Many of our suppliers include leasing companies, VAR's and end-users that no longer have a need for their equipment or have over-bought for a project.
All of our systems, unused, refurbished and new, begin with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a one-year depot warranty, and are completely eligible for most OEM maintenance contracts. We also have relationships with several third-party maintenance companies that can offer substantial cost-savings over the OEM’s.We have more recently entered into partnership agreements with several OEM’s, most notably Veritas and Dell in order to ease our customers purchasing procedures and create more of a one-stop shop. This new program has met with great success and we are encouraged to expand on this idea. |
