What payment methods do you accept?

American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards can be used for monthly or annual payments.

Wire transfer in advance is available for annual payment only.

Can I pay by check?

No, we are paperless and do not accept checks.  We do however accept wire or credit card payments.

I don't see an annual payment option on the sign up form. How do I select annual?

Our signup page only processes monthly payments. Annual payments must be processed manually.

Sign up for a monthly plan, contact our customer support team, and we’ll switch your account to annual billing with the appropriate discounts.

What is my renewal date?

The Membership renewal occurs every 30 days, and occurs on the date of the month you first took up a paying Membership.

What is the difference between paying monthly and paying annually?

Annual paying members receive a 20% discount.

I want to pay annually. Where do I send my wire payment?

When you are logged into Tradeloop,, under My Account, click “Billing,” and you will see wire transfer instructions. When wiring money, be sure to include any processing fees and instruct your bank to not deduct their wire fees from your payment, otherwise you may experience a delay in payment processing.

Wire payments typically take 7 days to process. To speed this up, email customer support a copy of your wire transfer confirmation from your bank.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time and your membership will terminate at the end of your current subscription and not renew. There are no refunds for payments already processed, except during the first month.

What if I sign up but then change my mind, can I cancel?

If you cancel in your first month, we will refund you, no questions asked.  After the first month, there are no refunds.

Where can I view my bill?

What happens if my card declines or my payment is late?

Access to the Members-only site is blocked unless payment is made in advance or there is a valid credit card on file.

Do you offer a free trial?

Because we have a free version of the service, we do not offer free trials. However, if you would like an evaluation tour of the Members-only site, please contact customer support.
