Want-to-Buy: Two 1U servers.

I'm trying to build a couple of 1U servers. Could you recommend a chassis and supply the following parts? Tyan Xeon Motheboard S5372G2NR-LC, Single Intel Xeon 5130 with heatsink, 80gb sata drive ST380815AS, 1GB ram FBDIMM, DVD/cdrw Sony slim black AD-7590A, 3.5 floppy drive MPF820/3/135. I can use a different mother board, but the other parts must be exact (when a part number is listed). Which of these items do you have? Can you confirm that the configuration works?
