These were used in the Frontier Super Computer that was just finished / deployed last month.
This card is based on the AMD Radeon VII, which is one of the most popular crypto mining video cards.
But this is not a regular video card for playing video games, this is a graphics accelerator that was built to be in a server environment. It can also be used in a mining environment and is compatible with PCIe Risers and we have developed a custom made 3d-printed 80mm Server fan adapter that will allow you to use these cards hanging from racks. These really shine for people doing really high end stuff like AI or machine learning.
The hashrates we have achieved with these cards currently is 97mh @ 225w
